I go about every two weeks for decompression therapy, and then an adjustment. He is very responsive to my questions and comments. “I have been going to Plymouth Spine and Health for about 4 or so years starting from an automobile accident. His practice/office was a referral from an attorney I was working with at the time. I've always had a great experience with every visit. The receptionists are very nice and welcoming. The masseuses he has had over the years have also all been kind, and diligent in working with you on particularly painful areas to loosen them up during your session. Dr. Shanahan himself has done a great job too in continuing to help alleviate my lower back and neck pain. I can definitely feel the difference and alleviation every time after a session. He's been nothing but professional, and continues to deliver a great service!”

“The Dr. has helped me a lot!”

“I've been Dr. Shanahan's patient for 2 years now. I had pain in my neck area and limited movement there. The pain is the thing of the past and I am getting regular maintenance adjustments from him (twice a month). Dr. Shanahan is very knowledgeable and caring. When I complain on something in my body, he takes it very seriously and tries a different adjustment. For example, for a week I had a pain in my right hip to the point of being uncomfortable in my sleep and while sitting. I mentioned it to the doctor and he did a special adjustment on my spine and hip area. To my astonishment, the pain was gone completely and immediately! When my husband started complaining about numbness in his right arm, I suggested he went to see Dr. Shanahan. After 6 weeks of treatment his condition is greatly improved, if not gone completely (at least I am not hearing the complaints anymore!). The staff is also very nice and accommodating, trying to make sure everybody who is running late can come. There is also a massage therapist, Ashley, who is doing a fantastic job. My husband had several massages with her and was delighted. I truly recommend this center.”

He listened to what I was saying, discovered I had a herniated disc and is in the process of making it better. The staff is fantastic always remembering names. The best part is the massage therapy that he had me do. Ashley is wonderful! My regret is my schedule doesn't allow for me to see her. With my new job I barely get to see Dr. Shanahan. “Great place, friendly staff, and the hours are easily flexible (for appointments, not changing their building hours). Now personal thing: Before I came to this place I pinched my nerve and lost senses in the left half of my right hand. I went through months of checkups and physical training to try and fix it and it wouldn't go away. I came here and within a few weeks of adjustment, I started regaining senses. Now I am fully healed and still come back just because the adjustments are very nice to have once in a while.”
